Fine art is a poem without words

My passion lies in capturing the essence of emotions and stories through the lens. My approach to photography is focused on details, texture, and shapes, which I use to create sometimes provoking and evocative imagery that resonates with audiences. I have always been all about sensuality over sexuality to inspire glamour, sensuality and seduction.

My work seamlessly blends portraiture with fine art, resulting in an elegant and distinctive style. I approach each photograph with meticulous attention to detail, treating it as a unique work of art. By doing so, I am able to showcase the subject in a way that is both visually stunning and emotionally engaging.

This is meant to spark conversation and captivate the hearts of photography enthusiasts. I am driven to push the boundaries of traditional photography and create something truly exceptional that stands the test of time.

Operating from the shadows and becoming the enigma that is spoken of but few have encountered. My works are exclusive, showcased only away from the prying eyes of the mainstream. I’ve chosen to exist as a legend, to some, I’ve gone rogue; to others, I’m a revolution in the making.

The Studio

I believe scarcity sparks creativity. That's why, in my studio, I remove props and scenery, and shoot exclusively in black and white. This approach allows me to emphasize expression while keeping the viewer's attention on the subject. The iconic black background adds a sense of close intimacy to the final composition, creating a unique, personal and timeless experience for the viewer.

The Wilderness

For those I am lucky enough to shoot in the wild, color is the word. Shooting color adds an element of difficulty to the photograph. Making sure the colors, scenery and subject all work well together is no easy task. I think to execute this well, we need to know and trust each other well enough, that’s why I don’t usually shoot color on our first shoot. Once we are acquainted and know each other well enough, I usually like to shoot color film outside. Film requires a sense of trust as you cannot see the images until they are developed. It also makes each image more personal, intimate and valuable.

Hasselblad

This is the camera of my dreams. It is rare and versatile and offers a true timeless experience. The Hasselblad V System is still one of the most incredible cameras available today. Its sound is the most orgasmic sound in photography, and it has brought and keeps bringing some of the most beautiful images in the industry. This camera is old but keeps with its time. It is able to shoot both film and digital photography with the 907x CFV II addition.

Shooting with this camera as a real honor and pleasure. It slows you down in all the right ways. Everything on it being manual, yes including the focus, it truly brings photography to its true nature.
